Somewhat recently, OG Maco previewed a new track along with a quick video clip. Now a month later (today), he and Larry June decided to release this Dolan Beats-produced gem titled “Ain’t Worried.” The production is dark and very low-fi, which is fitting as Maco and Larry are conveying their worry-free life message. Both of these artists are finishing up their own projects. Maco is wrapping up his LP Children Of The Rage, as Larry is prepping his project Good Job Larry. We’ll most likely see more collaborations between these two, so stay tuned and stream the new track below.
Earlier this year Wiz Khalifa tweeted “Lil Debbie reminds me of a real Pixburgh chick.” So we already knew he f***ed with Debbie, however, we did not expect a collaboration track between the two at all, and today, Debbie delivered a new single off her upcoming EP Home Grown titled “420” featuring none other than the stoner god himself, Wiz Khalifa. This one’s most definitely a stoner anthem as both of the rappers go into deep detail about their weed smoking habits. Debbie’s EP Home Grown is set to release tomorrow. Stay tuned and stream the new single below.
Following up the recent release of Troy Ave‘s “Poppin” remix, he delivered a new remix of his own track “Real N*gga,” and this time he brought along Young Dolph, T.I., and Young Lito. The original track appeared on Troy’s LP Major Without A Deal. Each artist gets a verse and T.I. even provides some ad-lib throughout the track. Stream the banger below.
D. Unis is back with the lead single, “Soldier” off of his forthcoming EP “ Timeless.” On the track, D rides the beat almost effortlessly delivering his bars with high energy levels to create an outstanding atmosphere for the song. The braggadocios flow used by D gives a empowering, self-assured vibe to the track that makes it a perfect squad banger.
Also featured on the track is fellow Detroit rapper Jay Squared. Jay has a more grimey and unrefined flow but his addition to the track is what brings the sound full circle. The smooth, confident flow of D matched with the aggressive, raw flow of Jay creates a wave that is unrivaled by most up and coming rappers out today.
Be sure to stream the track, “Soldier” below featuring both D. Unis and Jay Squared and be on the lookout for more releases from D and Jay in the future.

Mac Miller has us all on standby today by announcing his third album is finally finished. Mac’s been hinting at the album’s progress every now and then since the beginning of the year, but it’s nice to finally see some light shed on the fact we’re very close to a new project from him. Other speculations that we’ve yet to crack is whether or not his latest track he’s released, “BOO! (Interlude)” will be on his Junior album. Check it out here. What really has us craving some Most Dope sounds are the tweets below, which basically say that Mac believes this is his greatest production. Being that this is Mac Miller’s debut album on a major record label (Warner Bros.), we’re excited to see this new chapter in Mac’s musical journey. Let’s hope that the release is VERY soon as he says, but until then, stay tuned.
I put 2.5 years of my life into making this album

Just Juice is a lyricist unlike any other as he has an uncanny ability to spit out more words in one breath than you can think of and make it sound effortless. If you haven’t been hip to Juice, you’ve definitely been sleeping on him, but now is your chance to bump some great music because he’s just released his second free album, Lavish Life. The production done on this project is nothing short of stellar, all thanks to C-Sick, 6ix, and Dream Life. There’s a beat for everyone and for any style. As for the features, they’re star-studded with verses from Logic, Dizzy Wright, Aer, Hi-Rez, and Mojo. Just Juice really did you guys a huge favor by making this album free because this is definitely pay worthy. The lyrics are fast, hard, and all have a flow that’ll make you shake your head as he spits out bar after bar. You’ll have this playing on repeat, so check it out and let us know what you think.
Eric Belinger brings “Valet” back to life with Fetty Wap and 2 Chainz
Eric Belinger released his project ‘Choose Up Season‘ last fall. “Valet” was a track that featured TeeFlii & Pleasure P. The newest version of “Valet” features both 2 Chainz and Fetty Wap. It’s not said to be a remix, but it’s surely a dope track to check out. Eric’s album “Cuffing Season” is available now on iTunes. Check out the new track below and let us know what you think of it.
Still without the third member of the trio, Migos stops by the Hot97 studio for an interview with the morning crew. During the sit down they talk about Offset’s current legal situation, upcoming music, Drake, and competition in hip hop. Check out the full interview below and be on the lookout for new music.

Last night, Tyler, The Creator appeared on Jimmy Kimmel. While he was there he performed a never before heard Dr. Seuss story and later performed his songs ‘Cherry Bomb‘ & ‘Smuckers‘ in front of a live crowd. The performance effectively summed up his entire ‘Cherry Bomb‘ album in a four minute performance. He first did the loud and beyond wild title track as the kids in the crowd moshed away. Then he transitioned into a mellowed out, saxophone lead version of ‘Smuckers‘. After his verse was over, Tyler ran over to a piano sitting on the stage and laid down some keys as the performance ended. Check out both videos below and be sure to get ‘Cherry Bomb’ on iTunes now.
Makonnen, Ty Dolla Sign, and DJ Mustard have linked up to create an upbeat yet emotional banger in, “Why’d You Call?” The track contains Makonnen on hook duty where he croons about those phone calls from your ex late at night that you’d rather not answer.
Although not uncommon for Makonnen to sing about more sad subject matter, Ty singing about a tough breakup rather than his success with the ladies is a nice change of pace. Overall, the song has an interesting vibe to it. With the beat being produced by DJ Mustard, it sounds like the song belongs at any club across the country on a Saturday night but the subject matter portrays a much different picture.
Regardless, I wouldn’t be surprised if this new joint from Mustard, Ty, and Makonnen didn’t end up on some mixes this weekend seeing as almost anyone can relate to the struggle of dealing with an Ex after a tough breakup. Check out “Why’d You Call?” by iLoveMakonnen, Ty$, and DJ Mustard down below and leave a comment to let us know what you think!
PARTYNEXTDOOR releases new track
Kehlani mentioned a little while ago that herself and PARTYNEXTDOOR have been working together. What has since come from that, is an ode from Party on this new track. “Kehlani’s Freestyle” is an honest track that takes us through a relationship that may be in the past or even the present. Some may speculate that Kehlani and Party are somewhat getting more closer to each other. Resulting from liquor, honesty is presented in a rare form here. This track follows up Party’s “No Feelings” song with Travi$ Scott.
Roy Woods to drop an EP tomorrow
Roy Woods is getting his fair share of Drake treatment as his two newest tracks have been making moves on the Internet as of late. It looks like the Toronto born artist will be releasing an EP tomorrow titled Exis following the hype. “Drama,” one of the songs premiered on OVO Sound Radio features Drizzy, and is a hook anthem with “Take that L you lose,” spinning around in your head as you play it over and over. “Get You Good” sounds like Michael Jackson arose from the dead and helped Roy on the aggression of sounding out words at the end of lines. Both are very solid tracks, and what a perfect time to see if Roy can hang with the big boys.
PARTYNEXTDOOR takes to Instagram to let us know his album is coming soon
PARTYNEXTDOOR is coming off a big success with his label debut. PARTY takes to his Instagram to let fans know that his album is coming soon. Drake and the whole OVO crew really helped push the release of his last project and PND succeeded with it. We hope it’s very soon because if his newest track with Travis Scott is indication of what we’re likely going to get, we can’t wait. Check out the Instagram post above and keep it here for any news about the LP.
Birdman sits down with Angie Martinez to clear the air
Birdman invites Angie Martinez into his Miami house on a quiet July 21st evening. As they sit and talk over dinner, the main conversation leads to Lil Wayne. Birdman is quick to tell us to not believe what we see Wayne say on TV. Birdman says that the two spoke 2 days prior and that Wayne will always be his son. He also states that Drake and Nicki Minaj aren’t going anywhere. Birdman seems to have everything under control. (as he makes it seem) Watch the full interview below and please feel free to share your thoughts on the situation with us.
KidCray delivers new track “629”
We just highlighted KidCray’s track “Everything,” that was the perfect banger for the strip club scene. His latest offering is a different type of vibe titled “629.” The track shows off Cray’s writing ability and recalling events from his past. Also impressive, is his ability to produce the track himself. Take a listen to the track below and let us know what you think.
Vic proves he is the “Heir to the Throne” with new freestyle
Ever since signing to Jay Z‘s Roc Nation, Chi-Town native Vic Mensa has been absolutely blowing up. His debut album Traffic is set to release later this year, so it’s no surprise he’s been releasing new music lately to build up hype for the project. This time around, Vic opts for a straight freestyle over “Who Shot Ya“, titled “Heir to the Throne“. He starts off the three-minute track with “This the beginning of a new dynasty/I hope you niggas come prepared/you should be very scared“. Based on the lyrical skill he demonstrates through the rest of the freestyle, that statement is pretty much 100% true. This is, in our opinion, Mensa’s hottest freestyle to date, so make sure you give it a listen below and let us know what you think!
Donald Trump who?!
If you’ve been online, near a TV, or pretty much anywhere in the US lately, you are well aware that the plague is starting: newly-announced presidential candidates are beginning to make their rounds through various outlets to build a voter basis for the 2016 election. With so many candidates already in the running, it’s easy to lose track and get confused. But there’s one person everyone should be following very closely, and that exceptional candidate is Waka Flocka Flame. The party-rapper announced his presidential bid on 4/20, and in a new interview with Zoe Dereault, he lays out his platform.
He clears up his views on education, saying that we need to teach kids how to “open a bank account, get a loan”. He also voiced his opinion on Rachel Dolezal, saying “if that’s what that person wanna do, that’s what’s gonna happen!” You can watch the full interview above, and let us know how you feel about President Waka! #VoteWaka2016
Check out the new single “You Playing Though” from Louisville artist Te’Anna. She has been making numerous appearances on college radio stations throughout the country and is making a special appearance on an episode of the hit television series “Empire” this fall. Check out the track below give your thoughts on this banger for the ladies.
Jay Rock will announce the name of his album tomorrow
Jay Rock has been hard at work on his first album in nearly 4 years. He’s curated great singles for the project with “Money Trees Deuce” and “Gumbo.” Now the rapper takes to Instagram to state that he will reveal his album title tomorrow. We are right around the corner from a lot of release dates, and a lot of people tend to forget that Rock is going to drop soon as well. Whatever it is, we hope it can match the cleverness of label-mate Kendrick Lamar. Take a look at the Instagram post above!
