Troyboi, a force in the trap game, took the Nostalgia Tour to the Shrine in Los Angeles.
A long-time glue of the Hip Hop game and the EDM scene, the British DJ is currently in the midst of a 29-stop journey across cities in the US and Canada.
The Los Angeles show however was a very special one for the “OG” artist as his set delved into midnight, which was his 32nd birthday.
With support from his friends over at OWSLA, a label co-founded by the legendary Skrillex, the show turned into a birthday celebration for the grime-oriented DJ.
One notable opening act was Gary Richards, better known by his stage name Destructo. Richards, who founded Hard fest, set the tone perfectly with his patented pineapples and catchy house drops.
Check out a few photos from the show below, including a special guest appearance from Skrillex himself. Buy tickets to the nostalgia tour here.
