Up-and-coming rapper YBezzy dropped the visuals for “Loyalty” today, directed by Slicehitz.
The track is off the his latest work Boobie World, which released back in May. It’s his seventh in-studio album and an ode to his cousin, Boobie, who unfortunately passed away.
The video dropped at 4:02 p.m., a tribute to where Boobie grew up on 42nd Avenue in Carol City, Fla.
Coined as the Prince of Rap, YBezzy was raised in Allapattah, or as the locals called it, the Gwen Cherry projects.
He began his music career unexpectedly by getting in the booth after being persuaded by a friend. The feeling of getting on a verse was something unforgettable for YBezzy, and from there, the rest was history.
YBezzy finds musical influences in artists like Tupac, Lil Wayne, The Hotboys, Kevin Gates, Lil Boosie, John Mayer, Lloyd and Ashanti.
His approach to the rap game is relatable to all, telling real stories about his real-life experiences.
The 28-year-old is in the midst of a 7-show tour, which has stops in Houston, Paris, New York, Miami, California, Atlanta and Amsterdam.
