“Grimey” is the right direction for Corey to be moving at this point in his career. He’s not chasing a hit and he’s not outside of his comfort zone. It’s a long way from the tracks he shared with listeners two years ago (i.e. Carlton Banks), but you can’t deny his rapping ability.
