Sunglasses and Advil..

MC Bravado is preparing to hit the road as a featured act on the Vans Warped Tour this summer, and to ensure that he puts on the best show equipped with his best work to date, he drops off a brand new project.

His tertiary project Like Water For Hangovers hosts 16-tracks, all honing the signature cadence and stylistic punches that has stuck with Bravado and presented him as a more foundational Hip-Hop artist throughout his ever-growing career.

MC Bravado has always been true to a more boom-bap style of music in creating his own art. With his new album, he displays his growth, versatility, and passion for the culture.. allowing his old school approach to intertwine to a more new-school sound.

Standout tracks like his Statik Selektah x SC Static collaboration, “Tread Lightly” is a sound that most listeners are familiar with, coming from Statik Selektah. Distinct Pianos & Boom-baps. MC Bravado fluidly rhymes over the track that could have easily been featured on Statik’s last project, 8, as well.

Other standouts include his Eze Jackson collab, “Enough’s Enough,” and my personal favorite, “Same Old Song”.

The project in full is a true definition of Hip-Hop music. Hip-Hip music was originated as a voice of the people. Allow MC Bravado to lend his vocals to be that for the masses via his new sounds. Keep up with him on the Vans Warped Tour. If you’re a fan of real, raw music. This is just for you. Tune in here for Like Water For Hangovers.
