A couple weeks ago, Tory Lanez announced that his highly anticipated single with Future, titled “Real Thing,” would be dropping on October 6th, but it turns out that was a little misleading. The record did surface online for an hour or two last week, but was quickly taken down and rescheduled for an October 13th release date, which thankfully is now upon us.

This Canada and ATL collaboration is definitely good for the culture and it gives fans something promising to look forward to in Tory’s upcoming album Memories Don’t Die.

Although Tory has been providing constant audio pleasure for us, he more recently urged fans not to ask him about the LP. “Stop asking me about the album,” he wrote via Instagram. “It’s gone be out soon! And when it’s out you will appreciate every stitch of time that went into perfecting this…I promise to bring real music back.”

As we wait on Tory’s sophomore effort, he’s currently entertaining us as he avoids features with Tyriq Kimbrough aka Fatboy on Twitter.

Check out “Real Thing” below and let us know what you think.
