“I know that-that ain’t fair, but I don’t care,” as Lil Wayne said during his 2016 Camp Flog Gnaw performance. “I’m Roc-a-Fella millionaire,” he surprisingly finished with. This threw everyone for a loop and had us wondering if Wayne was truly signed to Jay Z and the Roc Nation squad.

Well, here we are 5 months later and it’s actually official that Wayne is indeed with Roc Nation. “Is it cool if I just say it? Its the Roc. You know I’m a member of that team now,” Wayne said at Aebersold Recreation Center in Pennsylvania, followed by throwing his hands up in a diamond. “We’ll talk about that later,” Wayne said before getting the ladies involved in the singing of “Lollipop.”  If this was a decade ago, we would have said this would never happen. But due to legal troubles that resulted in bad business, we have found Lil Wayne here.

Now, the signing does seem a bit sketchy, just due to the fact that Wayne is still under contract with Cash Money. But Wayne does say he has more details for us. Perhaps Hov brought out Wayne’s contract (?). Let’s stay tuned for more news.

It will be interesting to see which way he travels musically.

I don't even know where to start of how amazing the concert was last night!! #youngmoney #weezy #lilwayne #sru #rocnation
