Migos‘ “Bad and Boujee” is the number one song in the country, which means even old white people who have no knowledge of rap are most likely aware of Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff at the moment. After Donald Glover‘s speech at the Golden Globes, it’s safe to assume that Migos are now a househould name nationwide. To add to their moment in the spotlight of pop music, they’ve now invaded living rooms by performing the hit single on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
In all honesty, I couldn’t help but almost cringe watching this. With such a large stage to fill, the three rappers look lost in a giant studio, and there were no fans to be seen or heard. Though it seems awkward, the Migos gave it their all with their high-intensity performing. We’re only about a week away from C U L T U R E, and with a Number One hit under their belt, anticipation for the album is booming.
